Teamwork Web is a large group challenge, designed to replicate working situations in which a functional or project team works on multiple ‘daily’ tasks, moving in and out of changing groups, whilst at the same time working to deliver a major project to a quality standard and a tight time deadline. The exercise requires efficient use of time and resources and is made much more manageable if individuals are directed to work on tasks that interest and motivate them.
The task needs a high degree of coordination, as some ‘shared’ resources are needed to solve more than one task. The availability of the trainer / facilitation team is also an issue: the time of the task supervisors needs to be managed within the exercise.
This is an extended large scale exercise for groups of 10 to 30 participants, and lasting between 2.5 and 3 hours, plus review time.
Great value for money, as each activity can also be used independently for smaller skills development activities.
Stage 1
Requires 29 different tasks to be completed in order to each earn a single piece of the Webmaster task materials. The tasks include a variety of individual and small group activities ranging from logic puzzles to creative artistic projects. These make varied demands on any range of skills and interests, ensuring everyone’s expertise and knowledge is optimally applied.
Stage 2
Complete the High Performance target. Using the 29x Webmaster® links obtained in Stage 1 the entire group must complete the Webmaster® task. Achieving this stretching group task required the fgorup to typically increase their performance capability by an order of magnitude for a high energy finish!
Teamwork Web contains 29 different teamwork activities to focus on group management, supervisory leadership, and high performing teams.
The activities are suited for both individual & small groups, introverts & extroverts, and has a varied challenge for a teamwork and team building event or fun 'away-day'. All 29 activities can be used as tasks as part of the workshop, or as individual activities- fantastic value!
All of the materials are supplied in a large portabel holdall.
