What if a participant doesn't receive an email from the platform or if I don't have participant email addresses?

Preparing for a Session
Most emails sent from the platform will be received by participants within a few minutes, and as participants can often change right up until the last second before an actvity is due to start we recommend not sending out the emails (and therefore finalising your participant list) until you are ready to start. It's impossible to predict how individuals have set up their email inboxes in relation to things like spam etc. but it may be worth checking whether the email noreply@experientiallearningtools.com can be whitelisted in advance by an individual or an Organisation- all emails come from this address.

What do I do if a participant says they haven't received the email link and we are ready to start?
In this case you can send them a link through whatever live chat options are available within your video conference/meeting/LMS software when you are ready to begin the activity.

You can then copy the Copy Link next to their name to obtain their individual link. Please remember that these links are unique so should be copied and allocated only to any participant who didn't receive their email (do not send the link to all!).

What if I can't get participants email addresses in advance (due to personal data security)?
In this case you can send them a link through whatever live chat options are available within your video conference/meeting/LMS software when you are ready to begin the activity. It will require a manual copy and send of individual links to each participant. 

You should set up the participants by entering only their names and leave the email address field blank. You can then use the copy link function to obtain the individual link. Please remember that these links are unique and so should be copied and allocated to each individual person and not sent to all participants.
