- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for our Solo, Professional and Max subscription tiers through Paddle, our payment processing partner. For bank transfers or to discuss other payment methods please contact us for Enterprise pricing.
- Can I change my plan later on?
- Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to fit your changing business needs.
- Is there a limit to the amount of sessions I can run?
- No, the licence provides for unlimited training sessions within the agreed number of concurrent sessions purchased.
- What is included in the subscription?
- All subscriptions include access to our full library of activities, customer support, regular updates, and new feature releases. Additonal features are detailed against each subscription tier.
- How secure is the payment process?
- Our payment process is secure and compliant with payment regulations. We use Paddle as our payment processing partner. They will be recorded as the merchant of record and will charge VAT accordingly.
- Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
- No, we pride ourselves on transparency. There are no setup fees or hidden costs – you only pay the subscription price.
- What happens if I exceed my plan's usage limits?
- If you exceed your plan's limits, we'll notify you and give you the option to upgrade your plan to accommodate your additional usage.
- Do you offer any training or support to get started?
- Yes, we offer comprehensive training sessions, as well as continuous support to ensure you get the most out of our platform. A full training package can be arranged as an add-on to any subscription tier, please contact us to discuss your needs.
- I need some more information, can I speak to someone?

- I just want to use one activity, what can I do?
- We recommend subscribing to our full range of activities to get the most out of our platform. Not only will you have access to all current and future activities on the platform you will also get instant access. However, if you would like to use one activity only, please visit the RSVP Design Store to purchase single activity annual licences which will take up to 24 hours to setup.
- Will my subscription automatically renew?
- Yes – your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
- Upon cancellation, your data will be securely stored for 12 months before permanent deletion. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.
