I ran the Workstations with 4 parallel groups and about 50 people. It was a success.

I ran the workstations with 4 parallel groups and about 50 people. It was a success. The theme was empathetical leadership and accountability. The hardest thing was setting up the groups in MS Teams while online. I did allow the teams to take notes and all but one solved the task within 30 minutes. The group that did not had fun anyway. Thank you for your support. As I hope to stay online as much as possible, I will probably get back to ELT for all kinds of tools.

Works like a dream.

The new online version of Colourblind works brilliantly. It is easy to set up and the pieces are allocated by the system. You are able to wait until everyone is on the call before you activate it. This has made a huge difference, as often delegates don't show up or different delegates join the call and it can be difficult to make last minute changes. With this platform you simply add or remove participants quickly and easily, then you are ready to go. I love the fact that the facilitator can see the overview of all the pieces that have been distributed to the group, which really helps with the debrief.

Set a positive vibe for the remainder of the day

The images were a used as part of the first session of a one day Emotional Resilience course for managers. This allowed the participants to share their personal experiences in small groups, which highlighted both the challenges and benefits of being resilient. This subsequently led to further discussions and learning, and set a positive vibe for the remainder of the day.
