Both activities went very well, so easy from admin point of view
We have run Colourblind (online version) and Online Workstations this week for the 1st time via the portal. Both went very well, so easy from admin point of view. Thank you for all your help,
You help to make my role as a Senior Faculty member for Leadership Development so much easier
Love the work you are doing. You help to make my role as a Senior Faculty member for Leadership Development so much easier. You make me look really 'smart'.
I ran the Workstations with 4 parallel groups and about 50 people. It was a success.
I ran the workstations with 4 parallel groups and about 50 people. It was a success. The theme was empathetical leadership and accountability. The hardest thing was setting up the groups in MS Teams while online. I did allow the teams to take notes and all but one solved the task within 30 minutes. The group that did not had fun anyway. Thank you for your support. As I hope to stay online as much as possible, I will probably get back to ELT for all kinds of tools.
Works like a dream.
The new online version of Colourblind works brilliantly. It is easy to set up and the pieces are allocated by the system. You are able to wait until everyone is on the call before you activate it. This has made a huge difference, as often delegates don't show up or different delegates join the call and it can be difficult to make last minute changes. With this platform you simply add or remove participants quickly and easily, then you are ready to go. I love the fact that the facilitator can see the overview of all the pieces that have been distributed to the group, which really helps with the debrief.
